The Sixth European Quality Assurance Forum in Antwerp, 17-19 November 2011

The sixth edition of the European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF), which will take place at the University of Antwerp and Artesis University College, Belgium on 17-19 November 2011.

The European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) provides a unique platform for the higher education and quality assurance (QA) communities to monitor, shape and anticipate developments in the area. The main purpose of the event is to foster a dialogue on quality assurance that bridges national boundaries and leads to a truly European discussion on QA in higher education, and to create a common European understanding of QA through a dialogue among different stakeholder groups.

EQAF2011 Call for sponsorship 

The sixth European Quality Assurance Forum, co-organised by ENQA, EURASHE, ESU and EUA, will take place this year on 17-19 November in Antwerp, Belgium.

Since 2006, the Forum has profiled itself as the main platform for exchanging on quality assurance in higher education. The event is usually attended by about 450-500 participants, including higher education institutions’ leadership representatives, quality managers, researchers, quality assurance agencies and students.


The organising partners are currently seeking sponsorship for funding the 6th Forum.

Also, the EQAF 2011 call for contributions remains open until 1 August. Paper and workshop proposals are welcome and should be sent by that date to Alicja.Ziubrzynska@eua.be
